How Furbabyfeeder works
As your pet approaches the pet feeder it opens for a designated pet by picking up on included RFID collar tag. It then automatically closes when the pet moves away, preventing all other animals and children gaining access to their food. It is the perfect way to stop pets from stealing each other's food.

Multi Pet RFID Tag:

feeder is exactly what we were looking for
This feeder is exactly what we were looking for. The price was good and delivery was fast. It works as well as I expected. I wish that the tag was not on a nylon string or whatever it is on. I think a metal tag connector would be better, but maybe that would interfere with the RFID. All in all, I would definitely use this product again.

Good Support and troubeshooting
Feeder stopped working and would not open. I called the seller and after troubleshooting turns out one my batteries were depleted. They were brand new from from the store. Make sure you check all batteries are in good power levels. You can always use the USB adapter which works flawless. Thanks for your help!
